We started off with the week opening. It's a meeting with Group 1 where we all tell the others what our weekend was like. Nothing really interesting happened.
Then, from 9.45 'till 10.45 AM, we had body-orientated therapy, where we had to pretend the floor was water and we had to build a "bridge" out of the available objects in the gym. Then, we were all assigned a "handicap" and we had to cross the bridge while keeping the handicap in mind. Some of us were blindfolded, others were denied the use of their hands, some weren't allowed to speak, one person had to cross the bridge backwards without looking behind him and I was tied to Cathy and told we were Siamese twins. We only had to start over once, we cooperated nicely. Everyone pretty much helped everyone out as much as they could. So that was fun.
We then had nothing to do for the rest of the morning, so I went to the living room and read a bit.
At lunch, we sat at a big table with the entire Anxiety And Depression Department, so I didn't really say much. Too many people.
After lunch, I went for a walk with Geralda. We shopped around a bit.
From 13.30 'till 14.30, we had sports. We stretched and jumped around. I had to give up after about ten minutes because I couldn't breathe anymore. Yes, I'm a wuss. Yes, I'm not in any shape whatsoever. It was sort of fun, though.
From 14.30 'till 16, there was a narrative group. This is where someone says what's on their mind and then everyone gives some feedback or relates to the story. The psychologist leading the group wasn't very interested, though. She kept looking out the window and fumbling around with stuff.
Then, there was the end of the day meeting, where everyone tells the group how their day was and what their plans are for the evening. Nothing interesting happened there, either.
My dad came to pick me up, and as a nice surprise he had finally bought me the MP3-player he promised me for my birthday. Yay!
And that was about it. And now I'm going to mess around with my shiny new purple MP3-player.
